Attorney Cherkasova’s commitment to the adherence of the highest degree of professional care and the provision of unvaryingly competent legal representation has been formed and imprinted by years of rigorous legal education and professional experience.
Ms. Cherkasova is a graduate of the internationally renowned Lomonosov Moscow State University (“MSU”), where in 2012, she earned her legal degree as Specialist in Law, with concentration in Commercial Law, from MSU’s Faculty of Law. Upon her graduation from MSU, Ms. Cherkasova proceeded to earn her LL. M. degree from the esteemed University of Münster, in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Subsequently, in 2015, Ms. Cherkasova became the recipient of the prestigious and highly selective Fulbright Scholarship and proceeded to earn her second LL. M. degree, with concentration in International Commercial Arbitration, from the Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California.
Over the course of time spanning nearly a decade, Ms. Cherkasova has amassed immense experience representing both individuals and commercial entities from the United States, Europe (i.e., Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Baltic states, etc.), and the Russian Federation in a host of legal areas, including transactional law, corporate law, commercial disputes, and immigration matters in Russian state courts and international arbitration tribunals.

Attorney Nikoghosyan’s dedication to providing creative and custom-tailored legal solutions to complicated problems has served as the hallmark of his legal career.
Mr. Nikoghosyan earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (“UCLA”) in 2013. Upon his graduation from UCLA, Mr. Nikoghosyan continued his studies at the Pepperdine University School of Law, where in 2017 he earned his Juris Doctor degree.
Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Nikoghosyan has had the privilege of serving diverse clients in varied capacities, including as a counsel in the private practice sector where he advocated the rights and defended against the liabilities of various corporate entities, and also, as an in-house counsel for several companies, including a leading multinational biotechnology company.
Mr. Nikoghosyan's areas of focus include transactional and corporate law.
